Windborne's Music of The Eagles

One of the newer Classic Rock Symphony shows from Windborne is the Music of The Eagles. In 2006, the show was created and marketed to orchestras and quickly jumped up to be one of our more popular shows and our first country/pop group offering. Rich vocal and orchestral harmonies allow for wonderful orchestration of those megahits from this amazing group. "Laid back and easy going" is a way to describe this show as hit after hit is presented with elaborate harmonies and gorgeous orchestration. The Eagles have so many songs in their catalog that it's difficult to decide which tunes to present but this show touches most of the songs that you want to hear. Finding the right vocalists for such harmony-heavy songs was no easy task. But we have found the right combination. Terry Brock (Kansas, LaReux) handles most of the lead singing and is backed by four additional vocalists to capture the essence of the Eagles' sound. John Hines and Randy Jackson also add additional lead vocals to round out the show.

The Music of The Eagles consists of music from the albums Hotel California, Desperado, One of These Nights, On the Border, The Long Road Out of Eden and many more. All of the favorites are represented in this cornucopia of Eagles songs. As with all of Windborne's shows, the band stays as close to the original as possible while the orchestra soars and adds that extra richness that these songs afford. The harmonies are rich. The countermelodies enhance and the band and singers are amazing.
